Picture Perfect Sound was founded in 2003. As with most overnight successes, they have been working in the business for many years. Beginning in the seventies with his own recording studio, owner Garrett Oostdyk expanded his interests to include the video world. He has been working in the audio/video field ever since with over twenty years of experience in what is now commonly referred to as home theater.

First hand experience has provided Garrett with a thorough background from which to offer the highest quality when it comes to helping you put together just the right system. He has the ability to deal with any questions that may come up at any time before, during and after the processes of component selection, design and installation. Along with this indispensable on-the-job experience, Garrett has completed virtually every level of Home Theater design courses offered by the Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association and is certified by the Imaging Science Foundation. This design background combined with extensive product knowledge and an understanding of the homeowner’s needs has placed Garrett as the area’s leader in the design and installation of home theater systems.

Jesse Swinderman of Swinderman Engineering Services has worked with Garrett on the design and execution of hundreds of systems over the last six years. While his Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois provides impressive credentials, it is his experience, attention to detail, installation skill, as well as his ease in communicating to the client the operation of these systems that makes him an invaluable asset to Picture Perfect Sound.

Picture Perfect Sound is the only company in the area exclusively dedicated to the custom design and installation of home theater and multi-room sound systems. It is important to note that rather than having to deal with the day-to-day multi-product distractions of a retail store, they work solely with the latest and most exciting aspects of entertainment technology.
